ART NIGHT OUT is a casual monthly outing to celebrate and support local artists and artisans in our community. Admission to all ART NIGHT OUT events is FREE to the public and ALL ARE WELCOME!

Mark your calendar for July 25th drop by The Retreat anytime between 6:00 - 9:00pm for socializing, snacking, and sipping in support of Abigail and her beautiful and vibrant tie-dye tapestries, clothing and accessories! Abigail’s artwork may be purchased at the event and it will also be featured in the gallery hallway of the Retreat in the weeks to come.

Abigail’s Artist Statement:

“I use tie dye techniques to create clothing and accessories that combine bold colors and unique styles. Starting with Procion dyes and cloth, I create using both liquid dyeing and ice dyeing. With these techniques and a variety of different ways to tie the materials before applying the color, I’m able to explore various colors and patterns, both representational and abstract. My goal as an artist is to craft pieces that give a feeling of joy.”
