This 90-minute workshop introduces Fascial Retuning, a movement technique inspired by Chinese medicine that uses resistance stretching while listening to and responding to your body as you move. This class will focus on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians to release tension, improve mobility, and restore healthy flow, especially in your hips and shoulders.
After about an hour of movement, we’ll save time for a short introduction to the meridian–fascia connection, Q&A, and practical technique refinements you can carry into your own practice.
