Join Kimberly Wharton on Saturday, July 11th (7pm - 8:15pm) at The Retreat to experience profound rest with her guided Yoga Nidra class based in the iRest method. In this practice, you’ll lie down comfortably and be led through a series of body–mind awareness cues designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep healing. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) invites you into a state between waking and dreaming where you can let go, integrate life’s stresses, and reconnect with your natural ease.
A sound bath will end each Nidra session featuring the gentle sounds of Kimberly’s grounding gong, accompanied by chimes and singing bowls.
This class is suitable for all levels—no experience needed, just a willingness to rest.
