Join Amy & Erikka under the light of June’s Strawberry Full Moon— a time to ripen your intentions, soften into your heart & celebrate the sweetness of being.
Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of gentle yoga and sound healing as we gather in honor of the June Full Moon, traditionally known as the Strawberry Moon.
This full moon was named by Indigenous Algonquin tribes of North America, marking the brief but abundant season for harvesting wild strawberries. Rather than referring to the moon’s color, the name reflects a time of ripening, sweetness, and the rewards of patience and care. It is a reminder that growth is not rushed—it unfolds in its own perfect timing.
We will begin with a slow, accessible yoga practice designed to soften the body, release tension, and open energetic pathways. This intentional movement prepares you to fully receive the vibrations of a guided sound bath featuring gong, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. As the sounds wash over you, they invite the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.
Spiritually, the Strawberry Moon carries themes of fruition, gratitude, and heart-centered awareness. It encourages us to reflect on what has come into bloom in our lives and to gently let go of anything that no longer nourishes us. This is a beautiful time to reconnect with joy, savor life’s sweetness, and align with what feels authentic and fulfilling.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a space of rest, reflection, and renewal under the energy of the full moon.
