Max Meditation™ is a 45–60 minute, guided meditation experience designed to help people deeply relax their nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect to clarity, purpose, and inner stability.

Unlike silent meditation or breathwork-only classes, Max Meditation™ uses a structured, multi-step method that combines:

  • yogic breathwork

  • guided relaxation

  • focused awareness

  • visualization

  • intentional silence

This structure allows participants to drop out of mental noise more easily — even if they “aren’t good at meditating.” It’s restorative, grounding, and quietly profound — without being performative, psychedelic, or overwhelming.

    Gentle breathwork to downshift the nervous system and arrive in the body

  2. Progressive Relaxation
    A guided release of physical tension from head to toe

  3. Mental Clearing
    Visualization techniques to quiet mental chatter and reset focus

  4. Focused Awareness
    Gentle attention exercises using meaningful words and imagery

  5. Deep Silence
    Extended quiet periods for integration and stillness
