Kimberly Wharton will begin by leading us through a Yoga Nidra practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and open your heart to deep rest and connection.
Following the meditation, we’ll be immersed in a soothing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong vibrations that invite peace, harmony and LOVE through every cell of your body.

This class is donation-based, donate what you can! Average donations are $20-$40, but $5 is also okay! The donations collected will be distributed to Kimberly and the Retreat Community Fund. Our Community Fund helps pay for financially-challenged students to attend workshops, and also pays teachers who teach free classes in the community. Any donation amount is greatly appreciated!
