Let the practice nurture you and strengthen your body, preparing you mentally and physically for labor and postpartum. All workshops include discussion and connection time, reflection and meditation, and an empowering flow that can be adapted to your level.

This month’s prenatal yoga workshop will focus on reducing anxiety and cultivating presence during pregnancy. Join us for a gentle, grounding experience designed to help you feel more at ease in your body and more connected to your baby. Together, we’ll explore practices that support emotional balance and mindful awareness, including:
· Breath work techniques to calm the nervous system
· Gentle, accessible movement to release tension
· Guided meditation and visualization for grounding and connection
· Reflection and journaling to deepen self-awareness
· A supportive circle of shared experience and community
ABOUT ANNA FRANCIS:
Anna Francis has been a psychotherapist in private practice in Austin, Texas for 14 years. She specializes in treating perinatal mental health disorders as well as depression, anxiety and trauma. Compassion, collaboration and curiosity guide her therapeutic work. Having experienced the benefits of yoga during her own pregnancies and postpartum journeys, she wanted to offer those same benefits to her clients, and in 2024 completed her 85 hour prenatal yoga teacher training. She loves supporting mamas throughout their pregnancy, postpartum and parenting journeys. When she isn’t practicing yoga or therapy, she enjoys reading, baking and adventuring with her husband and 3 children
