Join Kaitlyn for a workshop to offer grounding and clarity through Yin, Yoga Nidra and Sound!

The shift from winter’s stillness to spring’s growth can be a tax on the nervous system. To bloom fully, we must first rest deeply. Join us to support your body through the changing seasons. This session is designed to downshift the nervous system, clear seasonal stagnation, and provide the restorative space needed to transition into Spring with clarity and ease.


The Experience:
• Somatic Release: A few energy releasing movements to start the evening (Humming, shaking, tapping).
• Yin Yoga: Floor-based, long-held stretches to release deep tension in the connective tissues and quiet the mind. 
• Yoga Nidra: You will be guided into a state of "yogic sleep"—a deep, meditative rest that allows the body to heal while the mind remains consciously aware. 
• Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: High-vibrational resonance of quartz crystal bowls will wash over you, clearing energetic blocks and lulling you into a state of pure relaxation.

No yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling deeply rested, resonant, and ready for the light of spring.
