With the holidays behind us and the new year underway, winter offers an opportunity for reflection and nurturing ourselves. This workshop blends mindfulness, intention setting and a gentle yin practice. You will leave feeling more grounded, restored and ready for the unfolding of the season ahead.
For those new to yin, it's a slow, relaxing form of yoga. We hold seated and reclined poses for 3-5 minutes each, allowing the body and mind to deeply unwind. Props are used for extra support and the practice targets deep connective tissue to promote flexibility and calm.
