Join Winnie Alexander & Renee Combs for a nurturing workhsop specifically for women navigating the transition of menopause.

In this supportive space, we’ll explore gentle, strength and hormone-balancing yoga practices to ease common symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disturbances,  anxiety, muscle and bone decline and fatigue. You’ll also learn practical, evidence-informed nutritional strategies to support your body through each phase of this natural life stage.

This workshop includes:
   •    A guided yoga session tailored to the needs of perimenopausal and menopausal women
   •    Breathwork and mindfulness techniques to calm the nervous system
   •    Nutritional guidance to support hormonal balance, bone health, and energy levels
   •    Q&A and community connection with like-minded women
