Kate Smith

Kate is a yoga instructor and practitioner trained in the lineages of hatha and kriya yoga as well as yin, yoga nidra, sound healing and art therapy. In her classes she incorporates Buddhist philosophy, healing breathwork, music and mantra, dance, and a mindfulness based cognitive approach to meditation.

Through her continued journey recovering from c-ptsd she teaches using the therapeutic tools that help her most as she compassionately supports others on their healing journey. She teaches at Shuniya Yoga Collective and The Retreat by MYC, as well as privately in the recovery community.
