Yoga has been the backbone of my life since age 14, helping me navigate an eating disorder, anxiety, and ADHD. I share this because I don’t show up as a distant expert, but as a fellow human practicing right along with you. Bringing both my personal path and my background as a somatic psychotherapist onto the mat, I create a soft, protective space that respects your unique body and lived experience.

My gentle, embodied classes emphasize mindfulness, intuitive movement, and practical nervous system tools set to playlists that encourage play and authenticity. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I intend to create a welcoming, soft landing to stop trying to "fix" yourself and simply learn to live comfortably in your own skin.
