My journey with yoga began long before I became a teacher. After growing up in competitive sports, I experienced firsthand the physical and emotional toll that years of pushing the body can take. Through yoga, I found a practice that brought me back to myself—offering healing, balance, and a deeper sense of grounding.

Rooted in yogic philosophy and inspired by ancient teachings, I have spent years cultivating my personal practice and studying under trauma-informed teachers and yoga therapists. While I may be new to teaching, my intention is to create a space where every student feels supported, seen, and connected.

Music has always been a profound part of my life, and one of my greatest joys is weaving it into yoga offerings. Whether through thoughtfully curated playlists or the healing vibrations of sound therapy, I believe music has the power to deepen connection, encourage presence, and create space for transformation.

My classes and sound therapy offerings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and feel deeply rooted to the earth. I teach with compassion, presence, and the hope that each person leaves feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more at home within themselves.

Yoga has been a guiding light in my own life, and it is my greatest honor to share this practice with others.
