There are plenty of playful, supportive, and challenging ways to work with inversions. In this workshop, Amy will guide you towards an inviting and sustainable way to work with headstand, forearm stand, and handstand!
What to expect:
To prepare:
wear comfortable clothing you can move in
bring a mat, if you have one; our mat rentals are free, otherwise!
if you enjoy learning by writing, you might choose to bring a notebook
eat 2-3 hours before class so that you don't have a full stomach when you arrive
come with questions, a curious mind, and an open heart
