Join Erika Lown for a pop-up PiYo class. This format is Erika’s favorite class to teach! It is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. It provides muscle definition and intense calorie burn without the use of weights or jumping. PiYo is an energized workout that won't hurt your joints with plenty of modifications for first timers and room to grow within the workout regime.
Classes will be held online via Zoom; each class is one hour minutes long.
