Join us for a nurturing and empowering Prenatal Yoga Workshop guided by Anna Francis, an experienced therapist and yoga teacher!
This prenatal yoga session is designed to support expectant mothers through the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy, offering a safe space to connect with their bodies and minds, and to other mamas. The workshop combines strengthening and stabilizing yoga practices with mindfulness and breath work.
The theme for our April workshop will be breathing your way through birth. This workshop will teach breathing techniques to help you through labor. Practice riding the wave of your breath through the pain and intensity of contractions. We will explore positions that help with labor… and we’ll also do a birthing visualization (or 2!)
Whether you're looking to connect to your body or build community, this workshop offers a holistic approach to support you on your pregnancy journey. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, empowered, and informed, with a deeper understanding of how to care for both your body and mind as you prepare for the transformative experience of motherhood.
