Kaita Mrazek is a movement educator whose work bridges psychology, dance, fascia science, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. With certifications in yoga, Pilates, fascial stretch therapy, and a degree in psychology and dance, she brings both technical skill and creative intuition to her classes.
Her sessions unfold in real time, guided by the energy in the room and the needs of each body present. This presence-led approach flips the typical “expert model,” inviting each student to become the expert of their own body.
Through The Listening Movement, Kaita has created a space where fascia-informed movement, breath, and attention meet. Her Fascial Re-Tuning classes weave her diverse training into intuitive group experiences that are as regenerative as they are empowering. Students often leave with less pain, more ease, and an unexpected shift in mindset—more trust, more curiosity, more permission to move differently.
